ブログのしゅくだい Due 9/24 げつようび

こんしゅうの　しゅうまつ、なにを　しますか？　フットボールゲームをみますか？
パーティをしますか？

しゅうまつの　ブログのしゅくだいです。
らいしゅうの　げつようびと　かようびに　ユニットテストが　ありますから、いいふくしゅう（review）だとおもいます。がんばってください。

1. Write about your weekend activities.

• Use both present and past tense verbs.
• Write longer sentences by using various particles and adverbs.
• Use そして and/or でも.
• Include at least one question to readers.

2. Correct errors.

• Check your previous posts in Japanese and make corrections on errors (spelling, tense, particles, etc.) if necessary.

3. Visit and leave comments

• Visitプリンストンだいがく(Princeton University)の にほんご　いちねんせいの　ブログ: http://nikonikonihongo.blogspot.com (you can find each student's blog site under "クラスメートclassmates" on the right hand side.)
• Then, write comments on at least three students' posts. Please include questions/ sentences in にほんご。

4. Write comments to your classmates (this part is due next Friday 9/28)

• Throughout next week, read your classmates' posts about their weekend activities and write comments to at least three posts. Also, reply to your classmates' comments on your blog. Keep the communication going.

 らいしゅうの　かようび（９がつ２５にち）の５じはんに、デバートロ１２９で　りゅうがくプログラムの　ミーティングがあります。
りゅうがくプログラムは　なごやと　とうきょうで　あります。

ジャパンクラブ Lock In!

せんしゅうの　きんようびと　どようびに、ジャパンクラブの　ロックイン（Lock in）がありました。３０にんぐらいの　がくせいが　きました。
とてもたのしかったですよ。

きんようびに、ゲームをしました。そして、えいがを　みました。

はなふだ（Japanese card game called "はなふだ") をしました

カラオケで　にほんの　うた(songs)を　うたいました(sang)

よさこいを　しました（Yosakoi dance)

おにぎり(rice balls)を　つくりました（made)

ゲネンバッカーさんも　おにぎりを　つくりました

ゲームもしました

そして、おにぎりと　やきそばの　おひるごはんを　たべました。

どようびに、うんどうかいを　しました。
うんどうかいは　にほんのスポーツイベントです。

チームを　つくりました (deviding into teams)

ラジオたいそう（radio exercise）をしました

レースです！

あめさがしゲームです（Finding a candy in apple sauce without using hands）

ににんさんきゃくレースです（3 legs race)

ふうせんわり(breaking balloons）ゲームです。

つなひき（tug of war)も　しました。

いちばん(first place)の　チームです！おめでとうございます！

とてもいいイベントでした！みなさん、らいねん、きてください！

ムービーナイト

こんしゅうの　もくようび（９がつ２０か）に　デバートロ１２５で　ムービーナイトが　あります。８じからです。
えいがの　なまえは　「武士の一分（ぶしの　いちぶん）」です。
おもしろいですよ。きてください。

みやざき はやお の えいが

みなさん

９がつと１０がつに、DPACで、みやざき　はやおのえいががあります。
DeBartolo Performing Arts Center will be playing a selection of films from director and co-founder of Studio Ghibli of Japan, 宮崎　駿（みやざき　はやお）.
みやざき is one of Japan's greatest anime directors and his films are viewed by all age groups in the world.
If you haven't watched his movies, this is your chance to explore his world.
If you have watched one, this is your chance to watch more.

ブログのしゅくだい (Blog HW)...due 9/12 (W)

みなさん、だい３かには　たくさん　どうし(verb)が　あります。
ブログのしゅくだいです。

• Please complete the following 1-2 by 9/12 すいようび。

1. Write a short paragraph about your daily routine/typical day in にほんご。

• Use various verbs (present tense affirmative/negative form).
• Use particlew を、に（へ）、で。

2. Please comment on the blogs of your classmates (at least three).

• Try to write at least one sentence/question in Japanese in your comments.

にほんくらぶ イベント(Events)

みなさん

のおとるだむだいがくの　にほんくらぶ (Japan Club at Notre Dame) plans great events for everyone throughout the year. 
Two events are coming up soon!

1) The Lock-in

When: 5pm September 14th to 3:30 pm September 15th

Where: Sacred Heart Parish Center, which is across the St. Mary's Lake

Why you should come: It's a great event! We will have tons of fun playing games, getting to know each other, making onigiri and  origami , doing a Japanese sports event called Undoukai, do the Asian Allure dance and MUCH MUCH MORE!!! Honestly, you might spontaneously combust because of all the awesome activities we will be doing.

How much: Cost will be $10 for dues paying members, and $15 for non-dues paying (note the extra $5 is your dues).

If you are need to come late/leave early (e.g. you are going to AAA's Asian Bash), it's okay! Just let us know!!! You can come after!!!

2) べんきょうかい　( Study group)

When: Every Sunday from 8pm to 10pm

Where: Debartolo room 117

This event will be held weekly throughout the semester! The president and other officers will be in Debartolo room 117 studying together! This is a place to help you study generally, but there's a big surprise! All of the officers are currently taking Japanese language classes, so if you need some extra help on Japanese homework, want to practice Japanese for a while (using casual or formal speech) stop on by! It will be great!

Whoever wants to come to the benkyoukai is welcome. You do not necessarily have to sign up for the club as long as you are a language student.
